There are several ways in which you can greet people. Here are the most common ones: Norwegian English Hei! Hi! Hallo! Hello! Hei, hei! Hi! (yes, you just repeat “Hi” two times) Heisann! Hi there! God morgen! Good morning! God dag! Good day! (we use it during the day time) God kveld! Good evening!
